He-Ro - a relatively little-known character from the Masters of the Universe ... universe.
I used the 200x chest icon / He-Man symbol instead of the "H" he's supposed to have, since he was to have fought alongside King Grayskull.
I've also done a version with slightly less saturated colors that I think I might actually like better than this one.
